The Youth Against AIDS (Y.A.A) is a Club that promotes an AIDS free generation among the youths. It is proudly sponsored by the Jesuits AIDS Project (J.A.P). P.E is among the 20 plus schools that are under J.A.P. YAA's activities include Inter-Clubs Quiz, Clean up Campaigns, Young People Make a Difference end of year annual festival, Integral Youth Development Training workshops.

Here at PE Y.A.A have 2 groups, the juniors (Form 1-4) meet every Wednesdays 14:00 – 15:00 Hrs while the seniors meet on Thursdays, 14:00 – 15:00 Hrs. Mrs. Vambe is the patron for the junior club and Mr. Nyamuzinga for the seniors. This term's main event hosting Peterhouse Girls and a capacity Development Workshop was held at Jameson Hotel for patrons which was organised and funded by J.A.P. Mr. Nyamuzinga and Mrs. Vambe attended this workshop.

Upcoming events from JAP are the Young People Make a Difference (Y.P.M.D) Festival and Expo to be held at Africa Unity Square in Harare on the 30th of November where P.E members will attend and the
Integral Youth Capacity Development workshop for school club committee members. This will be held at Manhenga Youth Centre from the 3rd – 6th of December 2013. This workshop will empower youths into leadership positions.
